TACO BAGEL BITES (OAMC)
Great to keep on hand for a quick snack! For extra kick add jalepenos or other hot peppers to the mix.

Steps:
- Lay bagels on large cookie sheet.
- Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Top each 1/2 of the bagel with about 2-3 tbsp of mixture.
- Flash freeze on cookie sheet for about 3 hours or until topping on bagels is firm.
- Transfer to large freezer bag, label and freeze.
- To serve: Bake from frozen at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and cheese melts.

Steps:
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; let stand 5 minutes.
- Add biscuit mix, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
- Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead 4 or 5 times.
- Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness; cut with a 1 1/2-inch biscuit cutter (or you can use a jar lid).
- Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Brush tops with butter, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 450* for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Serve immediately.
- Yield: about 1 1/2 dozen Note: Dough may be chilled 2 hours before baking, if desired.

TACO BITES
This recipe is perfect for serving hors d'oeuvres or simply bring finger food appetizers to parties, potlucks or meetings.

Steps:
- Separate the won ton wraps. Using an ungreased mini-muffin pan, place one won ton wrap into each muffin cup forming a tart-like shape.
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, oregano and chili powder in a small bowl.
- Spoon the mixture into each won ton cup.
- Bake at 350F oven for 10 minutes.
- Garnish each taco bite with grated cheese, green onion and tomato.
- Serve warm. If taking with you to a party, bake ahead and garnish when ready to serve.

CRISPY TACO BITES
I used this recipe at my first Pampered Chef party a few years ago. I have made it for several football game parties, and for the holidays. It is always a HUGE hit. Who doesn't like cream cheese? :) Before this recipe, I hadn't cooked a lot with wonton wrappers, but they make this appetizer crispy and chewy too!

- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray a mini-muffin pan lightly with vegetable oil.
- Seperate wonton wrappers and place one in each cup of the pan. Using the pampered chef mini tart shaper, press each wonton into the cup, keeping the cup area open. (If you don't have the tart shaper, just press down with your fingers, being careful not to tear the wonton).
- Combine all filling ingredients into a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth.
- Fill the wonton cups with a teaspoon each of the filling mixture.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are slightly brown. Garnish with toppings of your choice.

TACO SPAGHETTI (OAMC)
This recipe makes 2 casseroles. One to eat right away and 1 to freeze for future use. Of course, you can freeze both or eat both!

Steps:
- Cook pasta according to pkg directions, drain.
- Meanwhile, cook ground meat and onion until meat is brown, in a dutch oven.
- Drain off fat.
- Stir in water and taco seasoning mix.
- Bring to boiling and reduce heat.
- Simmer, uncovered for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in cooked pasta, corn, 1 cup of the shredded cheese, salsa and chili peppers Divide mix evenly between 2 lightly greased 2 qt casseroles.
- Package up, lable and freeze up to 3 months.
- To serve remaining casserole, cover and bake in a 350F oven for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Top with lettuce and chopped tomato.
- If desired, pass broken tortilla chips and dairy sour cream as additional toppings.
- To serve the 2nd casserole, thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
- Bake, covered in a 375F oven for 1 hour or until heated through, stirring once about halfway through baking time.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
- Serve with 4 cups shredded lettuce and 1 medum tomato, chopped.
PIZZA BAGEL BITES (OAMC)
Great to have on hand for a quick lunch or appetizer. You can add any of your favourite pizza toppings to the mix, onions, peppers, sausage, cheddar cheese, etc. my family prefers plain old pepperoni--boring but they love it)
