SWEET DEVILED EGGS

Steps:
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 15 minutes. Remove eggs from hot water and place in a bowl of ice water. Peel.
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and transfer to a bowl; mash with a fork or pastry blender until yolks resemble powder. Stir mayonnaise, sugar, honey mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper into yolks until smooth. Spoon yolk mixture into the egg whites and lightly sprinkle with paprika. Chill before serving.

BACON DEVILED EGGS

Steps:
- Add the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with enough water. Bring to a boil and take them away from the heat. Cover the saucepan with a plate for the next 10-12 minutes for hardboiled.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, and add the bacon slices. Cook them until golden and crispy.
- Peel the eggs and place them on your working surface. Slice them into halves and scoop the yolk.
- Add all of the egg yolks in a large bowl. Leave the egg whites aside.
- Mix the egg yolks with mayonnaise, sour cream, chives, mustard, salt, and pepper. Break the fried bacon into small chunks.
- Mix everything with a fork until smooth.
- Use the filling to fill the empty egg whites. You can do it using a piping bag.
- Top the deviled eggs with chives or more fried bacon.

SWEET & SOUR DEVILED EGGS
My mother-in-law made these for our Christmas Eve get-together recently. At first, I thought these would be "just another deviled egg," but they surprised me. They have that traditional deviled egg taste, but with just the right hint of both sweetness and tanginess added. The whole plate disappeared like magic. Even the kids loved them, as they weren't too spicy, nor did they have any "funny chunks" of onions, pickles, etc. They also keep well in the fridge, travel well, and are great to do ahead. I hope you enjoy them as much as our family did.

AMAZING DEVILED EGGS
I made this recipe up myself and have perfected it over the years. I've taken these to church potlucks and have beaten out sweet grandmas with the hushed compliments I've received. They always go fast! It's the addition of the sour cream that sets them apart. (Also, I bought an egg cooker, such a great investment.)

Steps:
- Peel shells off cooled hard-boiled eggs and slice into halves lengthwise.
- Remove yolks from whites and put into small round bowl and mash yolks with a fork into fine pieces.
- Add next 5 ingredients. Try not to add too much vinegar from the relish.
- Stir mixture until creamy.
- Spoon mixture into egg white halves or pipe.
- Dust the tops of the filled eggs with paprika.
- Chill in fridge for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
