CRUNCHY SPINACH SALAD
A fresh salad is the perfect complement to any summer meal, like my grilled ribeye steaks. This salad, with its tangy dressing and crisp, crunchy ingredients, has become one of our very favorites. -Sharon Bickett, Chester, South Carolina

SWEET AND SOUR CRUNCHY SPINACH SALAD
This is a nice summer salad with a very unique blend of flavors and textures. I always serve the dressing on the side so that the salad doesn't get soggy, and you can prepare this hours ahead of time. Before serving, you may need to whisk the dressing to blend the vinegar and oil, or use a shaker. Yummy:)

SWEET & CRUNCHY SPINACH SALAD
I got this off Aunt Mid's Spinach bag. It's very tasty and light! The dressing it calls for is Hendrickson's Sweet Vinegar & Olive Oil dressing. But I'm sure any nice light tasting dressing would be fine.

CRUNCHY SWEET AND SOUR SALAD
This is an absolutely wonderful salad for a dinner party - it is very aesthetically pleasing to look at (all green with brown crunchies) and you also make your own delicious, sweet and sour salad dressing to go with it. Please note: the dressing is included in the recipe list and it makes approx. 1-1/4 cup - the amount you will need for the salad. This recipe was adapted from a Junior League cookbook from Jackson, MS.

JUST PEACHY SPINACH SALAD
Sweet peaches, crunchy nuts, and tangy vinaigrette. After being on a strawberry spinach salad kick lately, I thought it would be fun to vary the ingredients a little and this is what resulted. Hope you like it as much as I did. :)

CRISPY SPINACH
Something yummy and different. The trick is to have the oil really hot before putting the spinach in and the spinach will not absorb a lot of oil. It is a good starter as it is light. THe oil should be brought back to the same temperature between each batch.
