Chili can be hit or miss with many kids. But this Sweet Chili Recipe is always a favorite with everyone who tries it!

Steps:
- In a large stock pot cook 4-6 slices of cut up bacon over medium high heat until it looks about half way done - just about 2-3 minutes.
- Add a chopped pepper (any color) to the bacon and continue to cook another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add 1 lb ground beef and continue to cook until book is thoroughly cooked.
- Now add the remaining ingredients and continue cooking until heated thoroughly, about 7-8 more minutes.
- Serve with cornbread or tortilla chips.
CROCK-POT SWEET CHILI RECIPE

- Crumble ground beef into a skillet over medium heat. Stir garlic, oregano, chili powder, and basil into the beef; cook and stir until beef is completely browned, 7 to 10 minutes.
- Combine light red kidney beans, dark red kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and corn in crock of a slow cooker. Stir cooked ground beef into the bean mixture.
- Cook on Medium-Low for 2 hours. Stir sugar into the chili and continue cooking as long as you can wait, at least 6 hours. Season with salt and black pepper to serve.

- Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan forced).
- Tear off 4 pieces of foil about 40cm long and place on a flat work surface and top each piece with a piece of baking paper.
- Combine chilli sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil in a small jug.
- At centre of each piece of paper, place a quarter of the bok choy, carrot and capsicum and top with the fish and then drizzle with sauce mixture and then top with the ginger and fold to make a parcel.
- Place seam side down on a baking tray and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked (fish will flake when tested with a fork).
- Place rice in a medium saucepan and wash under cold water until water runs clear and drain.
- Add coconut milk and 1 1/2 cups of water and cover with a titght fitting lid and bring to the boil, reduce hat and cook rice for 10 to 12 minutes or until liquid is alsmost absorbed.
- Remove rice from the heat and stand for 5 minutes (DO NOT lift lid).
- Fluff with a fork to separate grains.
- Remove fish from parcels and serve with rice and top with coriander.

- 1) In a medium pot, combine chicken, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice over medium heat. Cover and let simmer, stirring occasionally for 15-20 minutes, until chicken is cooked.
- 2) Shred chicken into chunks when it is cooked through, uncover the pot, turn heat down to low, and let chicken simmer and thicken while you make the rest of the toppings.
- 3) Wash and dry lettuce, shred carrots and prepare other vegetables.
- 4) To make a wrap, lay a few pieces of lettuce on a wrap of your choice, top with shredded veggies and big spoonfuls of chicken (drain off any extra liquid). Drizzle on extra sweet chili sauce and roll wrap up. Serve immediately!

ASIAN SWEET CHILI SESAME CHICKEN
Steps:
- Add chicken to the bottom of your crockpot.
- Whisk the Sweet Chili Sesame Sauce ingredients together in a medium bowl. Pour over chicken.
- Cook on low for 5-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours OR until the chicken is tender enough to shred.
- Shred chicken in the crockpot and add 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water to the crockpot. Stir contents around. Cook on high for 20-30 minutes until sauce thickens. Taste and add Sriracha for spicier, brown sugar for sweeter if desired. *Alternatively, you can add the cornstarch slurry and liquid from the crockpot to a saucepan and simmer until thickened on the stove - this will create a thicker sauce.*
- Serve with rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

- Place the chicken onto a plate, add the cornflour, salt and pepper, toss together to coat the chicken.
- Add the oil to a wok and heat on high. When the oil is very hot, add in the chicken and fry for 5-6 minutes until lightly browned.
- Add in the vegetable stir fry mix and fry for a further two minutes
- Add in the garlic, soy sauce, white wine vinegar, brown sugar and sweet chilli sauce. Continue to heat on high, tossing everything, until heated through. Check the chicken is cooked by taking a large piece and slicing in half.
- Stir through the chopped spring onions and coriander.
- Serve with rice or noodles.

Cook until bottom is just set but eggs are still a little runny, about 1 minute. Flip the omelet onto a plate, and serve with the sweet chili sauce. (It might not be pretty, but you’re going to top it with sweet chili sauce, so it doesn’t matter.)
