Steps:
- Prepare large rimmed baking sheet pan by lining with wax paper and generously buttering or spraying with nonstick.
- In extra large bowl; combine marshmallows and butter. Microwave 2-2 ½ minutes or until marshmallows have puffed up and almost doubled in size.
- Immediately stir in crispy rice cereal.
- Transfer mixture to prepared pan and using hands or the bottom of a cup, press evenly into pan.
- Refrigerate until cooled. Once crispy treats are firm, carefully remove wax paper and transfer treats to cutting board.
- Cut treats into small rectangles (approx 3-4" in length). Form into nigiri sushi shape with hands. This should yield 30+ crispy treats.
- Top each crispy treat with a Swedish fish candy. Trim Fruit by the Foot into strips long enough to wrap around each piece of candy sushi. Wrap around crispy treats and fish candies.
- Serve.

CANDY SUSHI
Fun for parties and, personally, I think much better than normal sushi.

Steps:
- Combine marshmallows and butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat; cook and stir until melted, 5 to 10 minutes. Stir rice cereal into marshmallow mixture until evenly coated. Remove saucepan from heat and cool mixture until easily handled, about 10 minutes.
- Unroll fruit rolls onto a work surface. Cut licorice to fit the length of each fruit roll.
- Spoon rice mixture onto half of each fruit roll. Place a piece of licorice on top of 1 rice mixture edge. Starting on the licorice edge, roll fruit roll around rice mixture ending with the fruit roll edge without rice mixture to seal. Repeat with remaining fruit rolls.
- Dip a knife in water and slice 'sushi' into equal-size pieces.

Steps:

- 2. To assemble: Cut rice crispy treats into 1in by 1 1/2in rectangles, place 2 julienned slices of sour straw and 1 swedish fish in the center of each treat and wrap with 1 slice of fruit roll-up to secure the swedish fish, repeat with the remaining rice crispy treats.

Steps:
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat and add marshmallows. Stir marshmallows until completely melted. Remove mixture from heat and add cereal. Stir to coat cereal evenly in melted marshmallows.
- Roll out the fruit roll-ups. Place 1/4 of the coated cereal onto each fruit roll up and spread and gather toward 1 side of roll up. Place 2 licorice twists onto the center of the spread out cereal mix. Wrap and roll the candy and fruit, maneuvering the licorice to the center of the roll, so that the finished product resembles a sushi roll. Repeat with remaining rolls.
- Place a sharp knife into a bowl of very warm water. Cut candy sushi with warm knife and arrange on a plate then serve.
CANDY SUSHI FOR KIDS
Candy sushi is perfect for kids' birthdays or an April Fool's day joke. It is the most yummy thing I've ever made beside my orange Creamsicle® pie. And its very simple, so even my 6-year-old can make it! If you want to be more creative, spread frosting and sprinkles on the top of the circle under the Swedish Fish®!
