Steps:
- Steam cauliflower until crisp-tender (about 4 minutes).
- Puree in food processor, slowly adding milk & margarine.
- Transfer to a bowl and beat in eggs.
- Add grated carrot, nutmeg, pepper, sprinkle with nutritional yeast and whip into a thin, creamy batter.
- Heat oil in skillet over high heat, then reduce to med-high. (Cast-iron works best).
- Spoon onto hot skillet, 2 at a time.
- Immediately poke with a fork as if you were cooking an omelet. Cakes are delicate; they will fall apart if you wait and poke them once bubbles form, but if you can leave them alone you'll do fine.
- Flip once, cook until desired texture is reached. Enjoy while hot with tabasco, ketchup, cheese, peanut butter, whatever you please!

In large bowl, beat 1 box cake mix and ingredients called for on box with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, then on high speed about 2 minutes or until smooth. Spread in pans. All the flavor of crab cakes at a fraction of the price. These crispy patties are made with canned tuna and a few basic seasonings you probably already have in your fridge and pantry. Steps:
- For the tuna cakes: Place the drained tuna in a large bowl. Add the bread or breadcrumbs, mustard, mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice, onion, parsley, garlic, seafood seasoning, salt and eggs. Toss until evenly combined. Let sit 5 to 10 minutes to let the ingredients absorb the liquid.
- Meanwhile, make the lemon chili mayo: Whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice, chili powder and cayenne in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a 10- to 12-inch heavy-bottomed nonstick or cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
- Scoop out about 1/3 cup of the tuna mixture at a time and pat into a round patty shape in your hands, then immediately place it in the skillet. Repeat, working in batches so that you're cooking 3 to 4 tuna cakes at a time, spaced 1 to 2 inches apart. Cook until crisp on the bottom, about 2 minutes, then flip and cook until crisp on the sides and fully cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve the tuna cakes hot with your favorite side, a drizzle of the lemon chili mayo and lemon wedges, if desired.

- Atomic Cake. So, why is this colorful, layered cake called an atomic cake? Because it’s the bomb, of course! It’s genuinely the cake for everyone, no matter their favorites.
- Hamburger Cake. This hamburger cake may look super complicated and intricate, but you’ll make it with only five ingredients and different colored food dyes.
- Ding Dong Cake. Ironically, this Ding Dong cake looks much simpler than the hamburger cake, but it requires far more ingredients and a bit more work.
- Pineapple Dream Cake. If you like cakes that are as moist as they are fluffy, you’ll love the pineapple dream cake. It’s buttery, juicy, and tremendously tropical.
- Chocolate Drip Cake. If you’re looking for a lovely, elegant cake that looks professional but takes only about 5 minutes to decorate, you should check out the chocolate drip cake.
- Banana Cake. This is another extra moist, extra fluffy, extra simple cake that takes minimal effort and gives you maximum flavor. It’s light, sweet, and full of banana-y goodness.
- Powdered Donut Cake. This cake is simply a plain cake layer topped with melted butter and powdered sugar. You can use a boxed cake mix, of course. However, if you have the time and ingredients, I recommend making the homemade version outlined in the recipe.
- Malted Milk Pinata Cake. Pinatas are plenty of fun, but they can be messy and even a little dangerous depending on who’s swinging the stick. Use this recipe and make a malted milk pinata cake, instead.
- Lemon Cake. If you like cakes that are sweet, tart, and zesty in equal measure, you’ll love this recipe for lemon cake. Like most cakes, it takes a little over an hour to make, but your prep time shouldn’t be more than 10 minutes.
- Butterfinger Cake. It’s hard for me to talk about this cake without falling over and drooling. It’s one of the sweetest, most decadent, and delicious cakes I’ve ever tasted.
