- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Brown meat in large skillet. Meanwhile, mix potatoes, cream cheese, 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese and the garlic until well blended.
- Drain meat. Return to skillet; stir in vegetables and gravy. Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish; cover with potato mixture and remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
- Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

Steps:
- Peel & quarter the potatoes. Place in pan, cover with water & boil until cooked all the way, about 45 minutes.
- Brown ground beef with the chopped onion. And drain.
- Drain potatoes & mash. Mix in butter, sour cream, salt, pepper, & garlic powder.
- Put ground beef & onion in 13x9 pan. Mix in all 3 cans of corn. And top with the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle paprika over the top.
- Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly, about 20 to 30 minutes. Turn on broil & brown the top for just a few minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat broiler.
- Prepare 4 servings of mashed potatoes according to package directions using milk, margarine and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- While potatoes are cooking, brown meat in a medium, broilerproof skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to separate meat.
- Drain fat. Sprinkle meat with pepper and remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Add gravy and veggies (make sure veggies are thawed and drained), mix well.
- Cook over medium-low heat 5 minutes or until hot.
- Spoon prepared potatoes around outside edge of skillet leaving a 3-inch circle in the center.
- Sprinkle parmesan evenly over potatoes.
- Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat source for 3 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and meat mixture is bubbly.

- Place the diced potatoes into a pot. Add salt and cover them with water. Cover with lid and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer with lid on until soft. When ready, drain the water, add butter and milk and mash until smooth. Set aside.
- Meanwhile: In a large skillet/frying pan, heat up the oil. Sauté carrots and onion for 5 minutes before adding ground beef. Break up the meat and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce, chicken stock, thyme, a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well. Reduce the heat to a medium-high and let it cook for 20 minutes.
- When done, stir in the peas, cover with potato mash (use either a spoon or piping bag). Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F/200°C for 30 minutes or until the mashed potatoes turn golden brown (see note 7).
