With bananas, raspberries, pomegranate and oranges, this smoothie captures the best flavors of the summer in one delicious snack.

1 ¼ cups frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
1 large ripe banana, sliced and frozen
½ cup pomegranate juice
¾ cup orange juice
¾ cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original Almondmilk

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  • Taste and adjust flavor as needed. Add more unsweetened original Almond Breeze or fruit juice if too thick. If not sweet enough, add more banana.

16 ounces pineapple juice
9 ounces banana liqueur, such as 99 Bananas
9 ounces coconut rum, such as Malibu
8 ounces fruit punch
8 ounces orange juice
Orange slices, for garnish
Pineapple slices, for garnish

Steps:

  • Mix together the pineapple juice, banana liqueur, coconut rum, fruit punch and orange juice in a gallon pitcher filled with ice. Pour into drink glasses and garnish with slices of orange and pineapple.

Get into the summer vibe with this fruity mocktail featuring red berries, lemonade, mint, and cucumber. Cool and refreshing, it's fabulous on hot summer days

Yield Serves 1 (with leftover infusion)

Number Of Ingredients 6

1cm thick slice of cucumber
1 sprig mint
few frozen red berries
120ml clear, sparkling lemonade
ice
more frozen berries , chopped fruits, cucumber slice, mint, citrus - all optional

Steps:

  • Chop the cucumber and mint sprig into small pieces. Bring 200ml water to the boil in a small pan and then add the mint and cucumber. Turn off the heat and leave for 2 mins. Add a small handful of frozen berries, let them defrost for a minute, then crush them lightly with the back of a spoon. Strain the mixture. This will keep in the fridge for up to 24 hours and will be enough to make four drinks.
  • Pour 40ml of your strained mixture into a tall glass. Add a handful of ice and top up with 120ml lemonade. Garnish with whatever chopped fruit you like or some more frozen berries and mint leaves if you have them. Stir gently to combine.
