- Spoon 1/4 cup granola into each of 6 parfait glasses; cover with layers of 1/4 cup each yogurt and strawberries.
- Top each with 2 tsp. jam, 1/4 cup of the remaining yogurt, and 1 tsp. each jam and nuts.

- Hull and quarter 1 quart strawberries. Toss with 1 teaspoon sugar in a large bowl. Sprinkle a layer of gingersnap crumbs or graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of parfait glasses. Top with the berries. Mix 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons honey and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, then spoon over the berries.
YOGURT PARFAIT

- Combine the blueberries, raspberries and strawberries in a bowl. Add the sugar. Let stand 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Place 1/4 cup yogurt in the bottom of five 8-ounce glasses. Top with 2 tablespoons of the berry mixture. Repeat the layers once. Top each serving with 1/4 cup of yogurt and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of granola. Drizzle each with 1 tablespoon honey.
STRAWBERRY KIWI QUINOA BREAKFAST PARFAIT

- In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, and lime zest.
- Place 4 small (6-ounce/180-ml) juice glasses on a work surface and put 2 tablespoons of the quinoa in the bottom of each glass. Add 1/4 cup (60 ml) of the yogurt to each glass, followed by about 2 tablespoons of the diced strawberries and kiwi. Repeat the layering in each glass, and scatter any additional fruit that is left over the top layer of yogurt. Serve immediately.

These make ahead strawberry parfaits are simple to make, and can be made ahead of time so your breakfast (or snack) is ready to go when you are! They are perfectly balanced with the right amount of healthy carbs, fat, and protein, and are made with a few basic ingredients! You can even make them your own using different berries, or nuts! - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. (If using foil, spray with non-stick cooking spray). Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl, and stir until everything is well combined. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven and stir to break granola apart. Return to the oven for another 15-20 minutes, or until granola is crisp (watch it carefully in the last 10 minutes of baking.) Let cool completely, and add to your parfaits.
- In a small bowl, add the yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla if desired. Layer 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup diced strawberries, and 1/4 cup granola into each of the four glasses/jars. Repeat. Enjoy immediately, or top with a lid or saran wrap, and store in the fridge for up to three days.
