STRAWBERRY, GOAT CHEESE AND ROASTED WALNUT SALAD WITH STRAWBERRY
I was inspired by the delicious salad with strawberry balsamic dressing that my favorite local pizza restaurant serves. Feel free to make changes to your liking. For example, you could use apples instead of strawberries, a different kind of cheese instead of goat cheese, or add blueberries. You can use 4 Tbsp of olive oil instead of the olive oil/flax oil combination, but the dressing solidifies if you store it in the refrigerator. SPRING MIX SALAD WITH POMEGRANATE, HONEY DRESSING AND TOASTED P
This is a pretty recipe. The pomegranate is a beautiful tropical fruit with seeds that are crunchy and help give texture to the whole salad experience. You can change the dressing to your liking, but make sure you use a ratio of 1:3 acid to fat.

TOSSED GREEN SALAD WITH GRAPEFRUIT-POMEGRANATE DRESSING
A wee bit of sprucing up brings this salad to center stage on your picnic or dining table. Instead of using Ocean Spray Ruby-Pomegranate Grapefruit juice as indicated in the original recipe, I substituted freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and pomegranate molasses (aka pomegranate syrup). Adapted from oceanspray.com.

EASY STRAWBERRY VINAIGRETTE
This strawberry vinaigrette changed the way I eat salads. It's easy, delicious, and low-calorie. I like it with a spinach, almond, and feta salad.
