STRAWBERRY PUDDING DESSERT
This is a chilled strawberry fruit dessert. Easy to make but hard to keep in the fridge for long.

Steps:
- Hull strawberries and slice in 1/4-inch thick slices, about 3 slices per strawberry.
- Mix whole milk, condensed milk, and pudding mix together in a bowl; condensed milk will sink to the bottom, so mix well. Fold in whipped topping without mixing too much.
- Layer a 9x13-inch baking pan with 1/2 of the wafer cookies, followed by 1/2 of the strawberries. Pour in 1/2 of the pudding mixture over top. Repeat with a second layer of wafers, strawberries, and pudding.
- Refrigerate to let dessert firm up before serving, 2 to 3 hours.

COOKIES & CREAM STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE
Layers of cake with pudding, fresh strawberries, whipped topping and chopped chocolate sandwich cookies on top? Don't mind if we do.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat cake mix, water, oil and eggs in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed until moistened. Beat 2 min. on medium speed. Stir in 1/2 cup of the chopped cookies. Pour evenly into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
- Bake 25 to 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire racks 10 min.; remove from pans. Cool completely.
- Add 1 cup of the chopped cookies and the sliced strawberries to whipped topping in large bowl; stir gently. Place 1 of the cake layers on serving plate; spread with half of the whipped topping mixture. Cover with second cake layer; spread top with remaining whipped topping mixture. Sprinkle with remaining chopped cookies just before serving. Garnish with whole strawberries. Store in refrigerator.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry cake mix, dry pudding mix, eggs, vegetable oil and red food coloring and mix until well combined. Dough will be thick.
- Roll around 1 1/2 - 2 Tablespoons of dough into a ball and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Place 6 dough balls per cookie sheet. Press some cookies 'n cream bars and a few white chocolate chips into each dough ball.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes. They will look slightly under done. Remove from oven and press a few white chocolate chips onto the empty spots of the cookies. Makes around 24 cookies.
