- In a large bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar and pecans; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Spread into an ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. , In another large bowl, combine the milk, lemon juice and orange juice. Add strawberries. Fold in whipped cream. , Spoon 1 tablespoon of crumb mixture into each parfait glass; top with a scant 3 tablespoonfuls of berry mixture. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Freeze until firm. Remove from the freezer 20-30 minutes before serving.

Steps:
- Combine oats, brown sugar, and butter; mix well. Spread in 15-10-1-inch baking pan; bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Crumble; cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat mascarpone cheese with sugar, Campari, and vanilla for about 2 minutes, or until mixture is light and fluffy and the sugar is fully dissolved.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream on high for 2 minutes, or until stiff peaks form. Gently fold 1/2 of the whipped cream into mascarpone mixture to combine; gradually fold in remaining whipped cream.
- Toss strawberries with sugar and Campari in a small bowl. Let sit for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved.
- Layer Oat Crumble (or crushed Italian amaretti cookies), Mascarpone Cream, and Strawberries in parfaits or dessert glasses and garnish with fresh mint, or refrigerate separately until ready to serve.

Steps:
- In a 2 quart sauce pan with hot water (not boiling), stir well to dissolve jello- set aside for 5 minutes to cool.
- Add ice cream by spoonfulls to jello mixture, stirring till melted.
- Chill pan on an ice bath till thickened, but not set, about 10- 15 minutes.
- Gently fold in banana rounds.
- Pour mixture into prepared crust, smooth top evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Top with kiwi slices.
- Slice and serve.

STRAWBERRY BANANA CRUNCH SHAKE
This easy shake goes good for just about anything- breakfast, a lunch drink, a dinner dessert, and a perfect snack. It's simple and you run by the ingredients every time you go to the store. I used the Nestle YoCrunch yogurt because it has two of the main ingredients but you could use whatever kind you'd like. Just try it and you'll be happy!

- In a blender, blend together the yogurt, banana, and milk. I suggest that you put half of the banana first, then half of the yogurt, the other half of the banana, the rest of the yogurt, and then the milk.
- After blending, drop in most of the Buncha Crunch's (leaving a bit for the top after) and blend again.
- Garnish the shake with then remaining Buncha Crunch's.
- Serve, Sip, and Smile [TM].
