Steps:
- Start boiling somen water according to directions on package.
- Thoroughly mix cumin, cayenne, 1/4 teaspoon white pepper, coriander, cinnamon, clove, lemon peel, parsley, and 2 tablespoons olive oil; set aside.
- Sauté onion in 1 tablespoon olive oil on medium-low heat.
- Add almond chips, garlic paste, rosemary, mixed veggies, tuna, olives, and 1 teaspoon white pepper.
- Cook for approximately 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place somen in boiling water.
- After cooked (about 2 - 3 minutes), strain and toss with spice and oil mixture.
- Plate and top with tuna mixture.

- In a large zip-lock heavy-duty plastic bag, combine the lime juice, olive oil, ginger, curry powder, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Rinse the fish and pat dry with paper towels.
- Put fish in the bag; seal, and gently turn the bag over several times to coat the fish.
- Refrigerate 15 minutes to 1 hour.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add in fish with marinade, stir-fry 3-4 minutes or until the fish is almost cooked through, stirring constantly.
- Stir in snow peas and green onions; cook 1 minute or until snow peas are crisp-tender, stirring constantly.
- Stir in broth, rice, and salt; bring to a simmer, stirring once.
- Lower heat and simmer, covered, 10 mintues or until rice is tender.

Steps:
- Add oil to heated frying pan or wok and then cook fish until golden brown, 5- 6 minutes.
- Remove fish and set aside.
- Add ginger, capsicum and snow peas and stir fry until vegetables are tender crisp, 2- 3 minutes.
- Combine cornflour with oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and water.
- Add to pan and cook 2- 3 minutes, add fish and cook, stirring gently, until heated through.
- Serve with rice or noodles.

- For sauce, in a small mixing bowl stir together orange peel, orange juice, soy sauce, water, ginger, and cinnamon; set aside.
- Stir-fry celery in melted butter or margarine for 1 minute.
- Add pea pods; stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until pea pods are crisp-tender.
- Stir in bean sprouts and water chestnuts.
- Push vegetables from center of skillet.
- Stir sauce; add to center of skillet. Cook and stir until boiling.
- Stir vegetables into sauce until well coated.
- Reduce heat; add tuna and orange sections. Cover and cook for 1 minute or until heated through.
- Serve immediately with hot rice.
