SLOW COOKER PEPPER STEAK
Slow Cooker Pepper Steak has tender steak, bell peppers, onions in a Chinese inspired sauce.

Steps:
- In a small microwavable bowl add the water and the beef bouillon cubes. Place in the microwave for 30 seconds, mix until dissolved. I use the back of a spoon or the tip of a whisk to break up the bouillon cubes. (If you don't have a microwave, boil your water on the stove-top).
- Add the soy sauce, Worchestershire sauce, ginger, garlic powder, pepper, brown sugar and cornstarch to the bowl with the water and bouillon. Whisk until smooth. (Add the red pepper flakes if you desire). Pour this mixture into the slow cooker.
- Add the beef, bell peppers and onions onto the sauce in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours.

SLOW COOKER PEPPER STEAK RECIPE
This tasty slow cooker pepper steak cooks out to be packed with a ton of flavor and has simply amazing tender pieces of beef.

Steps:
- In a frypan over high heat, quickly brown the beef strips.
- In a small bowl, combine the boiling water and the beef bouillon cube. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Next, in the slow cooker, add the beef, bell peppers, onion, beef bouillon mix, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, black pepper, crushed tomatoes, and the brown sugar, mix slightly together.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beef is deliciously tender.
- To thicken, mix the cornstarch and the water until it forms a paste. Mix this into the slow cooker, cook for 15 minutes or until thickened.
- Serve & Enjoy.

- Sprinkle strips of sirloin with garlic powder to taste. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil and brown the seasoned beef strips. Transfer to a slow cooker.
- Mix bouillon cube with hot water until dissolved, then mix in cornstarch until dissolved. Pour into the slow cooker with meat. Stir in onion, green peppers, stewed tomatoes, soy sauce, sugar, and salt.
- Cover, and cook on High for 3 to 4 hours, or on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
