HOT PIZZA SUB SANDWICH
This is a great sandwich to make on a campout.Wrapped in foil,on the grill.I take our tailgater gas grill with us and it works great for this sandwich.A great meal for those too hot to cook days.Can be cooked in your oven also...

Steps:
- Slice bread in half horizontally.
- Spread bottom half with pizza sauce,sprinkle with seasoning.
- Top with green pepper,ham,salami,pepperoni.and cheeses,replace bread top.
- Place on baking sheet.Bake 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- If cooking on open grill-wrap in foil.
- If cooking on gas grill covered doesnt need foil.

Steps:
- Slice the bread horizontally in half.
- Spread the pizza sauce onto the bottom half of the loaf.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Layer as follows: green pepper, ham, salami, pepperoni, and cheese; sprinkle with salt/pepper if desired.
- Replace bread top.
- Place sandwich on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 425° for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve warm.
DELICIOUS OVEN PIZZA SUB SANDWICHES
All amounts may be increased or decreased to suit taste, and if possible purchase the submarine style sandwich buns that are about 9-inches long --- these are delicious!

- Slice 6 buns (or how many you desire, just increase the ingredients).
- On the bottom half of the buns, layer sausage, then ham, then pizza sauce, then cheese, then onion, then banana peppers (seaon the peppers with black pepper) then pepperoni and lastly the salami.
- Replace the tops.
- Wrap each bun in heavy-duty foil that has been sprayed well with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Bake at a 400 degree oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately.
- **NOTE** banana peppers in a jar are usually found in the pickle section of any grocery store.
- Delicious!
PULL-APART PIZZA SANDWICHES

Steps:
- Preheat the broiler. Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 7 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel?lined plate.
- Melt the butter in a small skillet with the garlic, oregano and red pepper flakes. Split the whole pack of attached dinner rolls in half horizontally. Place the top and bottom halves cut-side up on a baking sheet. Brush the cut sides with all but 2 tablespoons of the garlic butter; season with salt. Broil until toasted, 1 to 3 minutes. Remove from the oven and preheat to 400 degrees F.
- Scatter the cooked sausage and pepperoni on the bottom bread piece. Dollop with the marinara, then top evenly with the mozzarella. Cover with the top bread piece, then brush the roll tops with the reserved garlic butter and sprinkle with the parmesan. Bake until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted, 12 to 15 minutes.
SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICHES

- Sprinkle the chicken breast with salt and pepper and set aside. Mix the flour and cayenne in a shallow dish or bowl. Stir together the egg, buttermilk and 1 tablespoon hot sauce in a second shallow dish or bowl. Add the breadcrumbs to a third shallow dish. Coat each chicken breast by dredging in the flour mix, then dipping in the egg/buttermilk mixture and then finally in the breadcrumbs. Set aside.
- To a bowl, add the remaining cup of Louisiana hot sauce and 2 tablespoons of the melted butter. Mix together and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil and remaining 4 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over a medium heat. When the oil is hot and the butter has melted, add the chicken pieces to the skillet and fry until golden and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. One by one dip the crisp chicken into the Louisiana hot sauce and butter mixture, turning to coat completely.
- Serve on the toasted buns with tons of pickles.
