Steps:
- Take your whole jalapenos and slice off the stem. Then cut in half and pull out seeds (using a spoon is the fastest method). Do this for all the jalapenos you are using.
- Place them all in a pot of water. Bring to a boil and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
- Drain and place all peppers, cute side up on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the cream cheese into each pepper.
- Sprinkle with garlic salt and top with cheddar cheese.
- Broil on high for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and browned slightly.
- Let set for a few minutes and then serve!

- 1. In a food processor place cream cheese and garlic paste and pulse until two are combined
- 2. take the seeds and stems out of the jalapenos and place them in food processor.
- 3. Pulse mixture until all ingredients are combined.
- 4. This mixture maybe be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. You can use this as a cold spread for sandwiches or bagels or you can use it as a hot sauce for Mexican dishes or just on top of some chicken.

- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Spread each slice of bread with 1 tablespoon of the mayonnaise. Place one piece of bread, mayonnaise-side down, into the skillet. Top with the Jalapeno Pimento Cheese. Place the second slice of bread, mayonnaise-side up, onto the cheese. Using a spatula, press together and cook until golden, about 2 minutes per side. Slice and serve.
- Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, adobo sauce, Dijon mustard, black pepper, cayenne or hot sauce and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Process until combined. Add almost all of the Cheddar and Gouda, reserving about 2 tablespoons of each in a bowl, and pulse until well combined again. Add the contents of the blender to the reserved cheese and stir to combine. Fold in the pimentos, jalapenos and dill, then chill before serving.
- Serve as a dip with crackers and olives.

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the macaroni according to the package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the panko and cook, stirring constantly, until golden brown, about 4 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
- Combine the half-and-half, mustard, garlic powder and remaining 6 tablespoons butter in the saucepan and bring to a bare simmer over medium-high heat. - mix the cheeses and mayo in a large bowl. scoop the cheese mixture into a thicker style freezer bag. push the cheese mixture towards one corner and clip the corner. (about 1/4 of an inch of a cut or smaller.).
