Steps:
- Mix the cake mix with the espresso powder in a large bowl. Prepare and bake the cake according to the package directions for a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Cool completely on a wire rack. Use the handle of a wood spoon to poke 25 holes in the cake (make 5 rows of 5).
- Meanwhile, whisk the sweetened condensed milk, pudding mix, milk and cardamom in a large bowl until smooth. Set aside at room temperature until ready to use.
- Whip the heavy cream and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until stiff peaks form, about 3 minutes.
- Fill each hole with some of the pudding mixture and then push in an espresso bean. Spread the remaining pudding on top and then spread with the whipped cream. Using an offset spatula, create swirls. Dust the cake with the cinnamon and sprinkle with the chopped espresso beans. Chill for at least 1 hour and up to 6 hours. Serve cold.

This is a recipe request. But, as I love iced coffee and drink it right through from May to September, I thought I'd post for others like me. Sounds delicious.

- Fill four 12 ounce highball glasses half-way to the rim with crushed ice and then fill two-thirds full with coffee; into each glass, stir about 1 tablespoon of heavy cream.

- Crush the cardamom pods in a mortar and pestle or with a heavy object. They don't need to be ground, just crushed enough for the seeds to be released. Combine this with the coffee grounds.
- Brew 24 ounces of coffee using your preferred brewing method. I use my drip coffee maker that actually makes a decent cup of coffee. Briefly cool the coffee after it's done brewing. You can also brew the coffee in advance and store it in the fridge until ready to use.
- While the coffee brews, in a bowl whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, cream, and cardamom.
- Fill two large glasses with ice. Pour over the coffee, then the sweet cardamom cream. Stir to combine and enjoy.
