SPEEDY SPAGHETTI

Steps:

• In a large saucepan, combine the beef sauce, tomato sauce, mushrooms and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Serve with spaghetti.

EASY, SPEEDY SPAGHETTI SAUCE

Steps:

• Stir all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 15-30 minutes.
• Serve over spaghetti.
• Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

SUPER SPEEDY SPAGHETTI BAKE

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 220°C.
• Cook the spaghetti in a large pan of boiling salted water.
• Drain well and return to the pan.
• Add the mascarpone and Dijon mustard, stirring until the mascarpone melts around the pasta.
• Stir in the cheddar, sun dried tomatoes and chives and season.
• Turn into an ovenproof dish and bake for 15 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.

SPEEDY SPAGHETTI

Steps:

• In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the onion until all pink is gone; drain.
• Stir in tomato sauce, water, salt, parsley, basil and pepper; mix well. Heat until sauce boils. Break spaghetti in half and drop into sauce a little at a time. Cover and turn to low.
• Cook until spaghetti is tender, approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking to pan and from noodles sticking together. Add water, 1/2 to 1 cup, if it starts to dry out and noodles are not cooked.

SPEEDY SPAGHETTI WITH CLAMS

Steps:

• Firstly, cook the pasta. Boil the kettle, then three-quarters fill a large pan with boiling water. Add some salt - the water will seethe - then coil in the spaghetti. Simmer, uncovered, for 12 mins or according to pack instructions.
• Meanwhile, to make the sauce, tip the clam sauce into a small pan, pour in the wine and add the garlic. Simmer for a few mins while you coarsely chop the parsley, then stir into the sauce and grind in a good amount of black pepper.
• Drain the spaghetti and tip into a warmed bowl. Pour in the sauce and toss well. Serve at once, with grated parmesan scattered over if you like.

SPEEDY PASTA BOLOGNESE

Steps:

• Brown the beef in a large frying pan for 5 mins, then throw in the mushrooms and soften for 3 mins. Stir in the garlic and sun-dried tomato purée and cook for 2 mins. Add the tomatoes, wine or stock, dried herbs and seasoning. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 10 mins.
• While the sauce is simmering, cook the pasta as per pack instructions, drain, then serve with the sauce and torn basil leaves scattered on top.
