1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup canned Mexicorn
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
1-1/2 teaspoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk the salad dressing, lime juice and cumin. Pour over coleslaw; toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.

2 carrots ((peeled and shredded))
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsp blue cheese dressing
1 clove garlic ((pressed or minced))
2 tsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp grated onion ((yellow or Vidalia))
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp celery seed

Steps:

  • Add the ingredients for the coleslaw dressing to a large mixing bowl and whisk until well combined. Taste for salt and pepper and adjust if necessary.
  • Add the shredded cabbage and carrots, and mix until everything is well coated in dressing.
  • Refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving. Give the slaw a good mix one more time and serve.

Steps:

5 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayo
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Pinch of onion powder

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, add shredded cabbage and carrots. Toss to combine. Set aside
  • In a second bowl, add remaining ingredients to make dressing. Whisk together until smooth.
  • Pour dressing mixture over cabbage and carrots. Fold in until dressing is incorporated.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight.

3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp celery seeds
1/2 tsp lemon pepper ((may use black pepper and fresh lemon juice))
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp granulated garlic or garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground mustard

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, toss together cabbage, carrot and green onion.

2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard apple cider vinegar, and sugar. Mix well.
  • Add a dash of salt and pepper.

3/4 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Mix cole slaw greens with onion in a large mixing bowl.
