Ingredients

1/2 cup Italian dressing
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
1-1/2 teaspoons ground cumin

Steps:

Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Place beef steak(s) and marinade in food-safe plastic bag; turn steak(s) to coat. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 15 minutes to 2 hours for tender steaks; 6 hours or as long as overnight for less tender steaks, turning occasionally.
Remove steak(s) from bag; discard marinade. Place steak(s) on grid over medium, ash-covered coals or over medium heat on preheated gas grill. Grill according to the chart for medium rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness, turning occasionally. Visit our Marinades page for more information.

4 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder or 2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
salt and pepper, to taste

Steps:

Mix together marinade ingredients.
Coat chicken in marinade.
(Optional: allow chicken to marinate 1-2 hours. On evenings when I don't have time to let it sit, though, it still tastes good when it goes straight to the grill!).
Grill chicken.

Two 20-ounce boneless rib-eyes
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Coffee Spice Rub, recipe follows
Smoky Tomato-Red Chile Salsa, recipe follows
1/4 cup ancho chile powder
1/4 cup finely ground espresso- roast coffee beans
2 tablespoons sweet paprika
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon ground coriander
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons arbol chile powder
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons pureed chipotles in adobo sauce
3 large ripe tomatoes, diced
1 small red onion, halved and thinly sliced
1 serrano chile pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons honey
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Steps:

Season two 20-ounce boneless rib-eyes with salt and pepper and rub with Coffee Spice Rub on one side. Grill rub-side down over high heat, 4 to 5 minutes; flip, reduce the heat to medium or move the steaks to a cooler spot, cover and grill 8 to 10 more minutes (for medium-rare). Serve with Smoky Tomato-Red Chile Salsa.
Whisk all of the ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk the vinegar, olive oil and chipotle puree in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and toss. Season with salt and pepper.

3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 lime, juiced
1 tbsp lemon peel, grated
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp jalapeno, finely chopped
3 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp ground coriander seed
1/4 cup Tequila
2 boneless/skinless turkey breasts
1 1/2 cups parsley
6 garlic cloves more or less to taste
1 tablespoon oregano
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp fresh ground pepper

Steps:

Combine all of the marinade ingredients and pour over turkey breasts in a non-reactive covered dish. Marinate for 4 hours or overnight.
Soak mesquite wood chips in water for 1 hour. Place over coals in metal/aluminum container and allow to smoke. Place turkey on grill and cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Allow to rest 5 to 10 minutes. Cut on the bias and serve with chimichurri sauce on top.
The most succulent and tasty barbecued meat you ever ate. I came up with this recipe when challenged by friends as an alternative to the usual steak barbecue. It is lowfat, delicious, and easy to prepare.
Chop the first three ingredients in a food processor. Add olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly.

I took this recipe on www.recettes.qc.ca It's yummy with pork, chicken and even beef. The marinade is enough for 2 pork tenderloin. I didn't include cooking time cause it depends on which cut of meat you use. You can put your meat in the marinade and freeze for later.

1 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder or 3 garlic cloves, chopped
3 -4 tablespoons brown sugar (I always use 3)
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 bay leaf

Steps:

Mix everything in a bowl or a ziplock bag. Put the meat in it for at least 1 hour. But it's really yummy overnight. And I even let some pork tenderloin in it for 48 hours. I like to cut the pork tenderloin in slices lenghwise. That way it absorbs more marinade.
Cook on the bbq but it can also be cook in oven or in a skillet. You can brush with the remaining marinade while it cooks.
