16 Healthy Superfood Smoothies using all of the best superfoods like sea moss, hemp seeds, avocado, and more! Each smoothie is vegan and naturally sweetened with fruits and vegetables!

1 cup Fresh Spinach
1/4 cup Sea Moss
1 tbsp Moringa Powder
1 cup Frozen Cranberries
1 cup Frozen Mango
1.5 cup Almond Milk
1 tsp Maca
2-3 tbsp Sea Moss Gel
1 tbsp Moringa Powder
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
1 tbsp Hemp Seeds, Chia Seeds, or Flax Seeds
1 cup Kale
1 cup Spinach
1 cup Frozen Blueberries

Steps:

  • Add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If your smoothie is too thick, add about 1 tablespoon of Non-Dairy Milk or Coconut Water to thin out the smoothie. If you would like to make the smoothie thicker, add ice or more frozen fruit until you reach your desired consistency

3 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground ginger
1 banana (or use 3 medjool dates)
1 tbsp coconut butter
1-2 cups Coconut milk, more or less based on desired consistency.

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in the blender and blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth. Add more coconut milk if needed to reach desired consistency.

Coconut milk, enough for desired consistency
Optional: 1 scoop plant-based protein powder

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 30 to 60 seconds, until smooth, adding more coconut milk as needed.
