JAPANESE SOHO COCKTAIL
This Japanese cocktail uses lychee liqueur, a delicious fruit popular to east and southeast Asia. The blue color makes it even more appealing to drink.

Steps:
- Pour the vodka, lemonade, blue curacao, and lychee liqueur into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with a lemon slice to serve.

Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Cut the lemongrass into small pieces and combine a small palm-full in the bottom of a cocktail shaker with mint. Muddle until the flavor is released.
- Add the gin, lime juice, agave nectar, and ginger.
- Shake vigorously .
- Strain into an ice-filled highball glass . Top off with ginger ale.
- Garnish with a lime wheel spiked with a lemongrass straw. Serve and enjoy.
