SNOW ON THE MOUNTAIN
Steps:
- Put the chicken in the crock-pot. Add two cups of water. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook on high 2-3 hrs until done.
- Cut chicken into small chunks, and make gravy with the broth that you drain off the chicken. I use cornstarch, but use flour if you prefer, for the gravy. Cook rice for 10 people. Your guests will bring the other 9 items. (See Notes below)

Steps:
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a small sauce pan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Cool.
- Combine frozen fruit, pineapple chunks, cottage cheese, and maraschino cherries; add egg mixture and stir gently. Fold in whipped cream.
- Pour into lightly greased 10-inch springform tube pan; cover and freeze.
- When ready to serve, remove from pan, garnish with reserved cherries. Let stand at room temperature about 30 minutes before serving. Salad should be very firm but easy to slice.
- Note: To reduce calories, use 13 oz. carton whipped topping in place of the whipped cream.
- Note: Cook time is freeze time plus stand time.

- In a small bowl, combine pineapple and marshmallows. Set aside until marshmallows are softened, about 15 minutes. , Meanwhile, in a small bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir into marshmallow mixture. Fold in cherries and walnuts., In a small bowl, beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. Fold into pineapple mixture. Spoon into a 6-cup mold; freeze overnight. Let stand at room temperature for 15-20 minutes; unmold onto a serving plate.

- In a small bowl, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute. In a small saucepan, combine half-and-half and sugar. Cook and stir just until mixture comes to a simmer. Remove from the heat; stir into gelatin until dissolved. , In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Fold in gelatin mixture. Stir in vanilla. Pour into a 6-cup mold coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate until set but not firm, about 45 minutes., In a small bowl, dissolve raspberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in raspberries until blended. Carefully spoon over cream cheese layer. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. , Unmold onto a serving plate; garnish with fresh berries if desired.

- Drain fruit, mix together and set aside.
- Whip 1/2 pint cream, add 1/2 cup sugar and set aside.
- Beat the cream cheese and add mayonnaise and set aside.
- Dissolve gelatine in lemon juice over hot water, then add to mayonnaise and cheese mixture.
- Add fruit, then fold in whipped cream, marshmallows and nuts.
- Pour into mold or 9X13, and chill until set.
