Combine BBQ Sauce,remaining soy sauce,sesame oil, and garlic in a small sauce pan and heat using medium heat on stove. Briing to a boil, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Remove tenderloin from the grill and let cool for 5-10 minutes. Slice diagonally and drizzle with warm Barbecue Sauce mixture. Serve immediately.
