HEALTHY LOW-FAT BAKED BERRY AND FRUIT OATMEAL
This is a great, chewy baked oatmeal recipe that is loaded with fruit! Bananas, apples, blueberries, and a hint of orange make this a great breakfast choice... not to mention low-fat, lower-calorie, lower sugar, and high-fibre!

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients and pour into a lightly greased 8x8 dish the night before. Cover and refridgerate until morning.
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Bake 30-45 minutes.
- Serve topped with extra skim milk, maple syrup to sweeten, and additional berries.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°. In a medium bowl, mix the sugar, oil, applesauce, eggs, vanilla, milk and water.
- In a separate bowl, mix the oats, oat bran, flax, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
- Add the dry to the wet, mix thoroughly, then fold in the chocolate chips or fruit, if using.
- Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden on the edges.
