1/2 lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
1-1/2 cups torn fresh spinach

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat large heavy nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp, tomatoes and cream cheese spread; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and shrimp turn pink.
  • Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Add spinach and shrimp mixture; mix lightly.

1 cup torn fresh spinach leaves

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Meanwhile, cook and stir shrimp, tomatoes and cream cheese in a large skillet on medium to high heat 3-4 minutes, or until shrimp are cooked through and sauce is well blended.
  • Drain pasta.
  • Place in a large bowl.
  • Add spinach and mix lightly.
  • Add shrimp mixture and toss to coat.
