SHIRLEY'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Cook chicken until tender about 2 or 3 chicken breasts.Cut in bite-size pieces.Combine soup,sour cream,salt ,pepper,mix veg, and chicken mix together.Spray baking pan .Pour in baking dish 9=13 inch.top with prepared stove top dressing. Bake at 350. 45 min or until brown and filling is bubbleing.

SHIRLEY'S CORN CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Drain the whole kernel corn. Mix together everything except for the cheese and bake in a greased baking dish at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
• Remove and sprinkle cheese on top and bake until cheese is melted.

SHIRLEY'S BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Cook chopped broccoli according to package directions; drain.
• Return drained broccoli to pan; add cream of mushroom soup, mayo, chopped onion, salt/pepper and cheeses.
• Mix thoroughly and pour into greased casserole dish.
• Top with Ritz crackers crumbs and dot with margarine.
• Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and brown on top, about 20 minutes.
• Note: You can use this same recipe for yellow or zuchini squash instead of broccoli. Wash, stem, slice squash; cook in water til tender; then drain and proceed with same directions.
