SWISS SHERRY CHICKEN
An elegant chicken dish for family and friends. You can leave dill out; it just gives the dish a little bit of extra flavor.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover each chicken breast with a slice of cheese.
- In a medium bowl mix together the soup, sherry and sour cream, and pour mixture over chicken. Soften dill in melted butter; toss croutons in butter, and sprinkle them on top of chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

SHERRY-SHALLOT WARM BRUSSELS SPROUTS SLAW - FROM RACHAEL RAY
Rachael Ray has several Sprout recipes, we tried this one last night and really liked the flavor. I used a wok to toss this all together and cook until veggies are tender. Be careful not to over cook so that the sprouts are still bright green and the shallots are just opaque. I thought that the thinly sliced Italian Ham Rachael Ray added to her Sprouts in another recipe would have tasted good in this - or crumbled cooked bacon.

Steps:
- In wok, over medium-high heat,add two tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Add shallots and sprouts and cook until the veggies are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper and deglaze the pan with the sherry and sugar, cooking until most of the sherry has evaporated.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the zest of the lemon. Serve Warm.

This spicy red hot slaw recipe will be a hit at any barbecue.

- In a saucepan, combine the vinegar and sugar; cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and refrigerate until chilled.
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, lettuce, bell pepper, onion, tomatoes, ketchup, cayenne pepper and hot sauce. Mix and pour cooled vinegar and sugar mixture over slaw. Toss and serve chilled.

- Combine oil, vinegar, sherry, garlic, sugar, salt, and 2 teaspoons water in the jar of a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Place cabbage in a large bowl; sprinkle with parsley. Pour over oil mixture; toss until well combined. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
