SEVEN LAYER SALAD

Seven Layer Salad image

I usually make this bacon, lettuce, onion, pea, cheese and cauliflower layered salad in a large flat bowl. There's never too much because everybody loves it! You can vary the salad by substituting green onions for red, jack cheese for the Cheddar, etc.

You'll use more lettuce than anything else, and other ingredients should be added to your taste. Make sure that all of your ingredients are visible through the side of the bowl to ensure a perfect presentation.
