Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Mix cream cheese and 3/4 cup Parmesan until blended.
- Unroll dough; separate into 8 rectangles. Press seams and perforations together to seal. Spread with cream cheese mixture; top with peppers and parsley.
- Fold each dough rectangle lengthwise into thirds; cut crosswise into 4 squares.
- Place, seam sides down, on baking sheet; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
- Bake 13 to 15 min. or until golden brown.

SAVORY SPINACH PARMESAN BITES

Steps:
- In a large sauté pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add onions and cook until the onions are translucent and soft, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Remove the pan from the heat and let cool.
- In the meantime, remove excess water from thawed spinach by pressing it between paper towels. (The spinach does not need to be cooked.) In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix, spinach, eggs, Parmesan, salt and pepper, and onion/garlic mixture. Combine well.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Wait about 15-20 minutes. This helps the stuffing mix to soften so it's easier to form the balls.
- One at a time, using your hands, roll the mixture into individual 1-inch balls. Place each one on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until very slightly browned.

- PREHEAT oven to 350°F Mix cream cheese and 3/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- SEPARATE crescent rolls into 8 rectangles; press perforations together to seal. Spread 3 tablespoons cream cheese mixture onto each rectangle; top with red pepper and parsley. Fold long end of dough up over filling to center; fold up again to enclose remaining filling. Cut each into 4 equal size squares. Place seam sides down on baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
- BAKE 13 to 15 minute or until golden brown.
