This is a delicious chicken dish, I am sure you will enjoy! You can omit the mozza cheese on top if desired.

1/2 cup mayonnaise (or more if you prefer the breasts more creamier)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons herb with garlic soup mix
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 -2 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese (optional)

Steps:

  • Set oven to 350 degrees.
  • Butter a 11 x 7 baking dish.
  • In a bowl, combine mayo, Parmesan cheese and soup mix.
  • place the chicken in prepared pan.
  • spread with the mayo mixture.
  • Mix bread crumbs with melted butter and 1-2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, then sprinkle on the chicken.
  • Top with 1 cup grated mozza cheese (if using).
  • Bake, covered for 25 mins, uncover, bake for another 10 mins, or until chicken is cooked and cheese well melted.

8 chicken thighs
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 head garlic, separated into whole cloves, papery skin removed (about 20 cloves)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons herbes de Provence
1 teaspoon flour
1/4 cup chicken stock
1/2 lemon, juiced
Bread, for serving

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Rinse and pat dry the chicken. Salt and pepper liberally and allow to temper on a cutting board while you prepare the garlic. In a large ovenproof saute pan over medium heat, cook the whole garlic cloves in olive oil and butter, stirring occasionally, until lightly golden, about 10 minutes. Remove the garlic from the pan and set aside. Increase the heat to medium high and brown the chicken skin-side down until the skin is golden and crispy, about 5 minutes. Turn the chicken over, sprinkle on herbes de Provence. Add the garlic back to the pan and place hot pan in oven. Bake the chicken until cooked through, about 25 minutes. Once the chicken is done, remove chicken thighs and garlic to a platter. Place the pan over medium-high heat and sprinkle the drippings with flour and stir to incorporate. Deglaze the pan with the stock and lemon juice. Pour the sauce over the chicken on the platter and serve with bread for sauce-mopping and garlic-spreading.

1 teaspoon lemon juice

2/3 cup crushed seasoned stuffing
2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
Nonstick cooking spray

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a shallow bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Place the stuffing in another bowl. Dip chicken in mustard mixture, then coat with stuffing., Place chicken in an 11x7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Spritz chicken with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, until a thermometer reads 170°, 15-20 minutes.

1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
10 chicken breast halves (about 7 lbs)

Steps:

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine olive oil, and next 6 ingredients; add chicken. Seal bag and chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  • Preheat oven to 375'.
  • Remove chicken from marinade, discard marinade. Place chicken skin side up, on a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake 45 to 55 minutes, or until done. Serve and enjoy!

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/4 lbs)
1 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped (or 1 small can diced tomatoes)
1 (1 ounce) envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets savory herb with garlic soup mix
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon olive oil or 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounces)
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • In 13x9-inch baking dish, arrange chicken; top with tomato.
  • Combine soup mix, water and oil in small bowl with a whisk for complete blending.
  • Pour soup mixture over chicken.
  • Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or until no pink remains in center of chicken breasts.
  • Top with cheeses and bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Serve, if desired, with crusty Italian or garlic Texas Toast.

1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice

Steps:

  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 4 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides. Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients except rice.
  • Spoon vegetable mixture over chicken; cover. Cook 7 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).
  • Serve over rice.

1 egg yolk
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 tablespoons butter
1 cup dry breadcrumbs (I prefer unseasoned Progresso crumbs)
1/2-1 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 cup parmesan cheese
extra butter, for top of chicken

Steps:

  • Beat egg yolk and add garlic and curry powder.
  • Place chicken in egg mixture in a glass dish and turn to coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Melt 6 tbsp.
  • butter in the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  • Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Dip and coat marinated chicken in crumb mixture and place in baking dish.
  • Sprinkle more of the remaining crumb mixture onto the chicken breasts (you won't use it all- unless you want to!) Bake for 20 minutes on each side, or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
  • Remove from oven and top each chicken breast with two thin pats of butter; uncover and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.
  • Serve with a smile!
