Here's what you need: salmon, egg, olive oil, spinach, garlic, lemon, salt, pepper

Yield 1 serving
Number Of Ingredients 8
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Pour oil into a small, oven-safe skillet. Place the spinach and garlic in the skillet, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix well so that everything is evenly coated.
- Place the salmon on 1 side of the pan, then form a well on the other side and crack an egg, making sure it stays intact.
- Season the tops of the salmon and the egg with another pinch of salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C). (The temperature will continue to rise once it rests out of the oven.)
- Squeeze a bit of fresh lemon juice over the salmon fillet for more flavor and let the salmon rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- NOTE: If you want a runny egg yolk, follow steps 1-3, then place the skillet in the preheated oven. Halfway through the cooking process (about 10 minutes in), crack a cold egg into the well of the spinach and replace the skillet in the oven for another 10-15 minutes. The salmon will be cooked through, the egg white will show color, and the yolk will be gloriously runny.
- Enjoy!

STUFFED SICILIAN EGGPLANT RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: medium eggplants, pita, garlic, fresh parsley, fresh basil, parmesan cheese, olive oil, marinara sauce, italian bread crumbs, olive oil, shredded mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce, chicken stock, pinot grigio, salt, pepper
Provided by Anthony Ashmore
Yield 4 servings
Number Of Ingredients 16
Steps:
- Cut each eggplant in half. Once halved, carefully hollow out each eggplant by slicing the interior flesh of the eggplant into medium-sized cubes.
- Once cubed, use a spoon to gently remove each cube - then use the spoon to hollow out the remainder of the eggplant. (Tip: Ensure you hollow out the interior of each eggplant, without slicing off the top or bottom of the eggplant itself. You essentially want to make a boat out of your eggplant).
- Place the removed flesh of the eggplant into a food processor. Then, add each ingredient into the food processor with the removed eggplant flesh.
- Process all ingredients into a stuffing consistency, which generally requires about 5-8 medium/long pulses (make sure you still have texture: don't process into a paste).
- Add 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil to a cast-iron skillet or frying span. Heat on medium and add the stuffing from the food processor to the pan.
- Spoon the stuffing you've made in the food processor into the frying pan and saute on a medium-low flame for approximately 8-10 minutes. Once this is done cooking, allow to cool for 10 minutes.
- Place your hollowed out eggplant onto a baking sheet that has been lightly greased with extra virgin olive oil. Brush the eggplant with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Once seasoned, spoon the finished stuffing into each eggplant, until full but not overflowing. Top each eggplant with shredded mozzarella and 2 tbsp of marinara sauce.
- Next, add 2 heaping tablespoons of chicken stock and 2 heaping tbsp of Pinot Grigio to the base of the pan, underneath each eggplant.
- Place into a 425 °F for 25-30 Minutes or until the eggplants have cooked down and develop a well-roasted skin.
- When nearly finished, place the eggplants under a low broiler for 10 minutes, until golden-brown and bubbly.
- Garnish with a little more fresh basil, parsley and grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
- Enjoy!

SPICED CHICKEN STUFFED BUNS RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: milk, sugar, active dry yeast, all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, butter, eggs, salt, oil, onion, garlic, fresh ginger, ground chicken, smoked paprika, coriander, turmeric, cumin, tomato paste, salt, pepper, chili powder, frozen peas, black/white sesame seed

Yield 12 servingss

Steps:
- For the buns: First, warm milk by placing it in the microwave for 20 seconds or so. Add sugar to milk and mix well.
- Then, add in the active dry yeast and set aside for 10 minutes. The yeast should have "ballooned" by this time and be frothy.
- Add 1 cup (125 G) all purpose flour and 1 cup (125 G) whole wheat flour to a bowl and then add the milk/yeast mixture to it. Mix with a wooden spoon.
- Then, add in 1 (one) egg, salt and melted butter.
- Add in the other 2 cups (250 G) of wheat flour and mix well. At this point you can set the spoon aside and use your hands to knead the dough.
- When the dough is slightly tacky, place it in a large greased bowl. Wrap bowl with plastic wrap. Place a warmed towel over it and place in a dark dry place for 1 hour to proof.
- While the dough is proving, you can make the filling as follows:
- For the filling, first chop the onion and add it to a pan over a medium flame with the oil. Let saute for about 10 minutes, mixing as needed with a spatula.
- Chop the garlic and grate the ginger and then add these to the sauteing onion. Saute another 2 minutes or so. Then, push the onion mix to the side of the pan and add in the chicken.
- Sprinkle in the smoked paprika, coriander, cumin and turmeric and saute until all the liquid from the chicken has evaporated.
- Then, add in the tomato paste and salt and stir well. Add in the salt and pepper and chili powder if using. Season further to taste.
- Then add in the peas, saute another 2 minutes and set aside to cool a bit.
- To assemble the buns: When the dough has proofed and has doubled in size, remove the plastic wrap and towel and punch dough down. Then, split dough in 2. Wrap one part with plastic to keep moist and spread the other one out using a rolling pin.
- Use a bowl to cut circles into dough. Into each dough circle, spoon 2 or so tablespoons of filling.
- Seal the buns by flipping the sides over the filling and pinching them together. Then lay buns down, with sealed side on the bottom on a parchment lined baking tray. Repeat until all the dough and filling are used up.
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees°F, place a damp towel over the stuffed buns and place them in the oven to proof for another 30 minutes. When they are done, they should be slightly bigger. At this point, remoove them from the oven and preheat the oven to 375 degrees °F.
- Beat the remaining egg and brush it over the buns.
- Sprinkle buns with sesame seeds and place in oven for 20-22 minutes.
- Finally, enjoy warm or at room temperature.
- *Note:* Buns can be reheated by placing in a 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
