1 pound bulk spicy pork sausage
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1/2 cup whole milk
2 to 3 teaspoons rubbed sage
3 cups biscuit/baking mix

Steps:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until no longer pink; drain. In a bowl, combine soup, milk, sage and sausage. Stir in the biscuit mix just until moistened. Fill greased miniature or regular muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes or until muffins test done.

1 (1 lb) package pork sausage, ground
3 cups baking mix (Bisquick)
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/4 cup green onion, chopped (optional)
3/4 cup water

Steps:

  • Cook sausage in a large skillet, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink; drain well and cool.( I like to drain it in a colander and run hot water over it to degrease it more).
  • Combine sausage,baking mix,green onions and shredded cheese in a large bowl, make a well in the center of mixture.
  • Stir together the soup and 3/4 cup water; add to sausage mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  • Spoon into lightly greased muffin pans, filling to top of cups.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until no longer pink; drain.

1 egg, beaten
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Combine sausage, green onions, and green pepper in a skillet.
  • Cook over medium heat until sausage is browned; drain excess fat.
  • Combine flour, cornmeal, soda, salt, and red pepper.
  • Combine egg and buttermilk.
  • Add buttermilk mixture, sausage mixture, and cheese to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
  • Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling two-thirds full.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 28-30 minutes or until golden.

1 (10 count) package ready-to-bake refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuits (must use flaky variety, one can of ten biscuits)
2 cups monterey jack cheese, grated
1 lb pork sausage, raw (Jimmy Deen hot preferred)
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
2 eggs
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Spray Pam in muffin tins, or lightly grease.
  • Divide each biscuit, BY LAYERS, into three parts. Place each third into a muffin cup.
  • Combine remaining ingredients.

½ cup egg substitute
1 cup nonfat buttermilk
3 meatless breakfast patties, cooked and crumbled
2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 12 cup muffin tin, or line with paper liners.
  • In a large bowl, stir together the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted margarine, egg substitute, and buttermilk. Add the wet ingredients to the dry, and mix until just blended.
