Steps:
- Place beef in crockpot.
- Mix dry and canned soups together, pour over beef.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Steps:
- Combine lentils, water and 1/2 cup broth in medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 30 to 45 minutes or until lentils are tender but not mushy. Stir in thyme; season with salt and pepper, as desired. Keep warm.
- Meanwhile heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Place steaks in skillet; cook 10 to 13 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally. Remove to platter; season with salt and pepper, as desired. Keep warm.
- Heat oil in same skillet over medium heat until hot. Add mushrooms and shallots; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and browned. Add remaining 1-1/2 cups broth to skillet, stirring until browned bits attached to bottom of pan are dissolved; bring to a boil. Combine cornstarch and Worcestershire sauce in small bowl; stir into mushroom mixture. Cook 2 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper, as desired.
- Top with steaks and mushroom sauce.

Steps:
- Brown ground beef and onion in large frying-pan or Dutch oven.
- Pour off drippings.
- Add 1 cup taco sauce, green chilies and olives.
- Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles and press into greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan to form crust.
- Sprinkle 1 cup crushed corn chips evenly over dough.
- Spread beef mixture evenly over chips, spread with sour cream.
- Cover with shredded Monterey Jack cheese, then shredded cheddar cheese.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup crushed chips.
- Garnish with sliced olives and mushrooms, if desired.
- Bake in a moderate oven (375°F) for 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is golden.
- Cut into wedges and serve with lettuce, avocado, tomato and remaining taco sauce.
- NOTE:.
- Pastry for single-crust pie may be substituted for crescent rolls.

My husband was served this at an office potuck. He enjoyed it and brought the recipe home. He's made it twice and I like it too. We have this as either a dessert or a great breakfast for special days.

Steps:
- 1. In a 9"X13" baking dish add a layer of crumbled graham crackers.
- 2.Mix Cool Whip with large vanilla pudding mix and 3 cups milk.
- 3.Pour half of pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers.
- 4. Add another layer of graham crackers.
- 5. Pour another layer of pudding mixture.
- 6. Add a third layer of graham crackers.
- 7. Melt milk chocolate frosting in the microwave for

- 8. Pour frosting on top.
- 9. Chill for a minimum of 4 hours.
