1 1/2-2 lbs stew meat
1 can campbell's condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 can campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope lipton dry onion soup mix

Steps:

  • Place beef in crockpot.
  • Mix dry and canned soups together, pour over beef.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  • Serve over noodles or rice.

4 beef tenderloin steaks, cut 1 inch thick (about 6 oz. each)
1/2 cup uncooked lentils
1/2 cup water
2 cups ready-to-serve beef broth, divided
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
salt and pepper
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 1/2 cups assorted mushrooms (shiitake, enoki, cremini, button or chanterelle, whole or cut in half if large)
1/4 cup minced shallot
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Combine lentils, water and 1/2 cup broth in medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 30 to 45 minutes or until lentils are tender but not mushy. Stir in thyme; season with salt and pepper, as desired. Keep warm.
  • Meanwhile heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Place steaks in skillet; cook 10 to 13 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally. Remove to platter; season with salt and pepper, as desired. Keep warm.
  • Heat oil in same skillet over medium heat until hot. Add mushrooms and shallots; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and browned. Add remaining 1-1/2 cups broth to skillet, stirring until browned bits attached to bottom of pan are dissolved; bring to a boil. Combine cornstarch and Worcestershire sauce in small bowl; stir into mushroom mixture. Cook 2 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper, as desired.
  • Top with steaks and mushroom sauce.

1 medium onion, chopped
16 ounces taco sauce (mild or hot)
1 (4 ounce) can mild green chilies (chilies should be chopped mild green chilies and be drained)
1/2 cup ripe olives, sliced
8 ounces crescent rolls
1 1/2 cups corn chips, crushed
1 cup sour cream
1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
olive, sliced (optional)
mushroom, sliced (optional)
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1 medium avocado (avocado should be peeled and sliced)
1 medium tomatoes, diced

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef and onion in large frying-pan or Dutch oven.
  • Pour off drippings.
  • Add 1 cup taco sauce, green chilies and olives.
  • Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles and press into greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan to form crust.
  • Sprinkle 1 cup crushed corn chips evenly over dough.
  • Spread beef mixture evenly over chips, spread with sour cream.
  • Cover with shredded Monterey Jack cheese, then shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup crushed chips.
  • Garnish with sliced olives and mushrooms, if desired.
  • Bake in a moderate oven (375°F) for 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is golden.
  • Cut into wedges and serve with lettuce, avocado, tomato and remaining taco sauce.

  • Pastry for single-crust pie may be substituted for crescent rolls.

1 (14 1/2 ounce) box graham crackers
8 ounces Cool Whip
1 (5 1/8 ounce) box vanilla pudding mix
3 cups milk
1 (16 ounce) can milk chocolate frosting

Steps:

  • 1. In a 9"X13" baking dish add a layer of crumbled graham crackers.
  • 2.Mix Cool Whip with large vanilla pudding mix and 3 cups milk.
  • 3.Pour half of pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers.
  • 4. Add another layer of graham crackers.
  • 5. Pour another layer of pudding mixture.
  • 6. Add a third layer of graham crackers.
