I had this wonderful raspberry martini in the Garden District of New Orleans and knew I had to get the recipe from the 5-star restaurant. Turns out, my new favorite is simple to make!

Steps:
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes. Pour in vodka, pineapple juice, and raspberry-flavored liqueur. Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted.
- Strain cocktail into a chilled martini glass and garnish with pineapple slice and lemon peel.

Flooding contaminates drinking water and destroys hygiene and wastewater systems, while droughts cause the most deaths by creating food insecurity that leads to malnutrition and denies communities water supplies.
- Water Resources. Africa’s rising population is driving demand for water and decreasing the availability of water resources. If governments don’t take radical action, the urban slum population in sub-Saharan Africa is expected to reach 400 million by 2020.
