Ingredients

1 ounce white rum
1 ounce dark rum
1 ounce Kahlua
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons orange juice
lime slice

Steps:

Vigorously shake the white rum, dark rum, Kahlua, lemon juice and orange juice over ice cubes in a shaker until well frosted.
Strain into a chilled lowball glass. (I poured it with the ice).
Decorate with the slice of lime.

Ingredients

1 ounce light rum
1 ounce coconut rum (or 1 1/2 oz. of light rum and 1/2 oz. of coconut cream)
2 ounces fresh strawberries (frozen ok)
1 small banana
2 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
2 ounces coconut cream

Steps:

Blend the 2 rums and the strawberries in a blender to form a smooth paste.
Pour this mixture into a tall (Collins or Hurricane) glass. Rinse the blender.
Blend the banana, the coconut cream, and the pineapple juice in blender with crushed ice until smooth.
Pour this mixture into the glass with the rums very slowly.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

1 ounce pineapple juice
1 ounce grapefruit juice
2 ounces orange juice
1 lemon, juice of
1 orange slice
maraschino cherry

Steps:

Pour all liquids into shaker over ice. Shake until well blended. Pour into hurricane or collins glass. Garnish with orange slice and cherries.
