Rosy Prosecco Spritzer Food

ROSé SPRITZ

Steps:

• Fill a white wine glass halfway with ice. Add the prosecco, seltzer, orange liqueur and grapefruit juice and stir. Garnish with a grapefruit twist and a sprig of mint.

RASPBERRY & ROSE SPRITZERS

Steps:

• Mix together the rosé wine and pink raspberry lemonade. Add a dash of rosewater, if you like. Put a few raspberries in each glass before topping up with the spritzer mix.

SPRITZER SLUSHY

Steps:

• In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Warm over medium heat to just below a simmer, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon to help dissolve the sugar. Once the sugar is dissolved, remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the liqueur. Set aside to cool completely.
• Pour into an 8-inch baking dish and freeze until completely frozen, at least 4 hours and up to overnight.
• Scrape the surface of the frozen mixture with a fork to form large shards of ice. Spoon about 1/2 cup into coupe glasses and top with prosecco.

LEMON-THYME PROSECCO

Steps:

• Pour the lemonade into silicone ice molds and freeze overnight.
• Place 2 lemonade ice cubes in each of 6 glasses. Add 2 sprigs of thyme per glass, first rubbing the sprigs gently between your fingers. Top off with prosecco. Serve immediately.
