I got this recipe from a friend and have been requested by others to share it. It's super easy, cheap and delicious. Don't be tempted to add more smoke flavoring. It will ruin the dish. Also, don't be tempted to add garlic or onions. I made these mistakes before. I recommend using very good crackers to serve with.

- Mix salmon, mayonnaise, celery, bread crumbs, lemon juice, dill, liquid smoke, and Cajun seasoning together in a bowl. Form salmon mixture into a mold on a plate and loosely cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.

- If your salmon is frozen, let it thaw (the kind I used thawed very quickly on the counter). Take the cream cheese out of the fridge so it softens up for at least 30 minutes prior to starting the recipe. Prep your ingredients (chop herbs etc.).
- Add everything except the salmon and salt & pepper to the bowl of your food processor. Process it until smooth.
- Add the salmon to the food processor and process until it's incorporated. Give it a taste and adjust ingredients if needed (e.g. add salt/pepper or more lemon juice).
