GARLIC PARMESAN BAKED HALIBUT
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450. Season halibut with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice. Place filets in a baking dish. Bake for 6 minutes.
- Mix all topping ingredients together. Remove halibut from oven and spread Parmesan mixture over top and sides of fish. Turn oven to broil and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the tops are lightly browned. Serve immediately with rice and veggies.

Steps:
- Wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds.
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Season halibut with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Place filets in a baking dish.
- Bake the fish for 6 minutes.
- Wash the counter and utensils that touched the raw fish. Wash hands with soap and water after handling raw fish.
- In a medium bowl, mix all topping ingredients together.
- Remove the fish from oven and spread topping mixture over top and sides of fish.
- Turn oven to broil and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the tops are lightly browned and the internal temperature reads 145°F.
- Serve immediately.

- To prepare the topping: Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, Parmesan, green onion and Tabasco.
- To prepare the halibut: Place fish on a broiling pan.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Bake in a preheated 450-degree oven 12 minutes per inch of thickness, or until fish tests done.
- Remove fish from oven and place a rack close to the broiling element.
- Turn the oven to broil.
- Spread the top of the fish with garlic topping.
- Broil about 1 minute, or until golden.

- Coat baking dish with oil.
- Rinse and dry fish.
- Combine Parmesan cheese, flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a bowl.
- In a seperate bowl, beat egg and milk together.
- Dip halibut into egg mixture, then coat with Parmesan cheese mixture.
- Bake at 500 degrees until halibut is opaque (approximately 15 minutes).
- Be careful not to overbake.
