This no bake Reese's peanut butter pie recipe is so easy and super decadent. It is creamy and loaded with peanut butter and chocolate.

3/4 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
16 oz whipped topping thawed
1 cup mini Reese's peanut butter cups
1/4 cup Hershey's syrup for topping

Steps:

  • Beat the cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and peanut butter together until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped topping with a spatula.
  • Spoon peanut butter pie filling over the graham cracker crust.
  • Chill for two hours or until firm.
  • Top with mini peanut butter cups or chopped peanut butter cups. Garnish with a drizzle of Hershey's syrup and serve in slices.

My husband and I came up with this recipe the other night since we were having a pumpkin carving party (making the pie for guests) and we also had our Halloween candy out. The pie was a big success. Our daughter's name is Teresa and we nickname her Resa (hence the name of the recipe).

¾ cup white sugar, or to taste
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
2 eggs
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
8 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups, unwrapped
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Whisk sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger, and cloves together in a small bowl. Beat eggs together in a large bowl; stir in pumpkin and sugar mixture until just combined. Slowly pour evaporated milk into pumpkin mixture and stir until combined.
  • Arrange peanut butter cups, up-side down, into the graham cracker crust. Pour pumpkin mixture over peanut butter cups in pie crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue baking until a knife inserted in the center of the pie comes out clean, 40 to 50 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack, about 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate.

3/4 cup crushed graham cracker
3/4 cup crushed chocolate wafer
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon mace
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 cup coarsely crushed sliced almonds
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon dark rum
1 tablespoon vanilla
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon vanilla
4 ounces semisweet chocolate
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Steps:

  • To make crust: Combine graham crackers, wafers, 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon, mace, nutmeg and almonds.
  • Combine butter, rum and vanilla, and mix with graham cracker combination.
  • Line 9-inch pie plate with 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cups of the mixture. (Leftover mixture can be used for cheesecake crust, folded into whipped cream to fill a cake or frozen in an airtight bag.).
  • To make filling: Whip cream cheese until fluffy and slowly add sugar, peanut butter and butter. Set aside.
  • Whip cream and vanilla until firm. Blend 1/3 of cream into peanut butter mixture, then fold peanut butter mixture into remaining whipped cream until thoroughly incorporated.
  • Fill pie crust, smoothing top. Chill.
  • To make topping: Combine chocolate, butter and oil in top of double boiler. Cool slightly, then spread on cooled peanut butter pie filling, starting from center and working out.
  • Sprinkle with peanuts, then chill thoroughly. Use hot, dry knife to cut pie. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.

2 tablespoons milk
1 chocolate crumb crust
1 (8 ounce) package neufchatel cheese, softened (1/3 less fat, sub neufchatel for Philadelphia cream cheese)
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup reese's creamy peanut butter or 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
3 1/2 cups frozen non-dairy topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Place 2/3 cup mini kisses and milk in small microwave-safe bowl. microwave at high (100%) 30-45 seconds or just until melted and smooth when stirred; spread evenly over crust. Cover and refrigerate.
  • Beat neufchatel cheese (or cream cheese) in a med bowl until smooth; gradually beat in sugar. stir in peanut butter and whipped topping until blended; spoon evenly into crust over chocolate mixture. cover; refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours.
  • Place remaining 2/3 cup chocolate pieces around edge of filling just before serving. serve cold; cover and refrigerate left over pie.
