Ingredients

4 ounces almond breeze Unsweetened Chocolate milk
2 ounces torani sugar free raspberry flavored syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee
1 teaspoon fat, free french vanilla coffee-mate powder
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
3 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute (3 packets)
1 1/2 cups crushed ice or 8 -10 ice cubes
2 tablespoons fat, free reddi-wip (a one-serving squirt)

Steps:

Place coffee, cocoa, Splenda and Coffee-mate in a glass. Add 1 oz. hot water to glass, and stir to dissolve ingredients. Next add Almond Breeze and Torani syrup and stir briefly.
Now place contents of glass in a blender. Add ice and blend on high speed until well blended.
Pour into a tall glass, and finish off with whipped cream.

whipped cream

Steps:

Combine all ingredients into an electric blender.
Blend the drink until ice is crushed and drink is smooth.
Serve drink in coffee cups and top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup (if desired).
Add straw for ease in drinking.

3/4 cup 2% low-fat milk
1/3 cup espresso, room temperature or chilled (or 1 tablespoon instant coffee dissolved in 1/3 cup water)
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 1/2 cups low-fat coffee-flavored frozen yogurt
1 cup fresh raspberry (frozen for blending)
1/2 cup cold nonfat milk
unsweetened cocoa powder (to garnish)

Steps:

Combine the milk, espresso, and chocolate syrup in a blender.
Add the frozen yogurt and raspberries. Blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses.
Rinse out the blender and pour the milk into the blender and blend on high speed until frothy, about 15 seconds.
Divide between the smoothies and sprinkle them with chocolate powder.
