BERRY CRISP DUMP CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
• Put the berries in the prepared baking dish. Evenly distribute the cake mix over the berries. Sprinkle with the walnuts and oats. Evenly drizzle the butter over the entire dish.
• Bake until firm and golden brown, about 55 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.

DUMP CAKES

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
• For the cherry-pineapple dump cake: Dump the cherry pie filling and crushed pineapple into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Stir together. Sprinkle the cake mix over the top of the fruit. Slice the butter into tablespoons and distribute evenly over the surface of the cake mix.
• For the peach dump cake: Dump the peaches into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the cake mix over the top of the fruit. Slice the butter into tablespoons and distribute evenly over the surface of the cake mix.
• Bake until the tops are brown and bubbly, 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream.

CLASSIC MIXED BERRY DUMP CAKE

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
• Spread berries evenly in bottom of pan. In small bowl, mix sugar, ginger and lemon peel; sprinkle over berries. Drizzle lemon juice over top.
• Top with dry cake mix; gently shake pan to distribute evenly
• Pour melted butter over top, tilting pan to cover as much of the top with butter as possible. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until top is light golden brown, mostly dry on top and bubbly around edges. Cool 15 minutes before serving. Top individual servings with ice cream.

RASPBERRY CAKE

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, gelatin, eggs, oil and water; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Stir in raspberries. , Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool. , For frosting, in a large bowl, fold whipped topping into raspberries. Spread over cake. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Store in the refrigerator. Garnish with fresh raspberries if desired.

• Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray no-stick cooking oil over a 9x13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle a little cake mix on the bottom pan with a thin layer. Add the frozen berries on top of the thin layer of cake mix in the pan and spread evenly. Then dump the remaining cake mix evenly over the top of the frozen berries. Cut the butter in to small pieces and spread over the cake mix. Bake 40 to 50 minutes until the top turns a golden brown. • In a medium bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, milk, and cocoa powder. Stir until combined. Pour 1/2 the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Spread raspberry pie filling evenly on top of 1/2 the cake batter. Spread remaining cake batter over pie filling. Bake in preheated oven, 350, for about 35 minutes, or until cooked through. • 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. If chopped nuts have a tendency to brown too soon, cover baking pan with foil after 40 minutes.
