ORIGINAL RANCH BEEF AND NOODLE SKILLET
This recipe is very simple to prepare and tastes great. The key to this meal is the Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, which really brings out the flavor of the noodles, beef and it is a meal that everybody enjoys. Good for lunch or dinner.

RANCH PASTA SALAD
I've made this salad for years-it's a recipe from a high school friend's mom. Any time I serve a sandwich meal like hamburgers, hot dogs or sloppy joes, I have this flavorful salad alongside.-Mrs. Krista E Collins, Concord, North Carolina

RANCH NOODLES
This is another one of the recipes I found in my KCTS cooks 2003 cookbook...it was sent in by Chef Nga Bui from the "Noodle Ranch" restaurant in Seattle...It says that she had turned down a request for the recipe from Bon Appetit but supports public television by sharing the recipe with them.
