RACH'S CHEESY ANTIPASTI FRENCH BREAD PIZZA IS AS PERFECT AS IT SOUNDS
Rach's Cheesy French Bread Pizza is topped with the best of every antipasti board.

Number Of Ingredients 28
Steps:
- For the sauce, puree sauce in food processor, transfer to small bowl
- For the pizzas, preheat oven to 425˚F
- Line a baking sheet with foil and cut bread into 4 pizza planks or French bread shells
- Toast bread, 4-5 minutes, rub with cut garlic and top with sauce and half the cheeses
- Scatter the meats and add remaining cheese
- Top with cherry peppers and artichokes, if using
CHEESY FRENCH BREAD
This is a little different from the usual Garlic French breads I've tried. I served this to my daughter for her 28th birthday dinner tonight. I changed the original recipe up some to fit our taste buds. Original recipe from Paula Deen's The Lady & Sons, Too cookbook.

Steps:
- Combine the cheese, mayonnaise, Italian Seasoning, garlic powder and ground red pepper.
- Spread this mixture on the cut sides of the bread.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until the topping is melted and lightly browned.
