Quick N Easy Puddin Cake Food

HALF-HOUR PUDDING CAKE (MONTREAL PUDDING)

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter one 2 quart casserole dish.
• Sift the flour, white sugar and baking powder together. Add the raisins and stir in the milk. Spoon batter into the prepared dish.
• Combine the brown sugar, boiling water, butter and vanilla. Gently pour over the batter. Do not stir.
• Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Serve warm.

PUDDING CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Grease and flour tube or 10" bundt pan.
• Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
• Beat at medium speed with electic mixer for 2 minutes.
• Pour into pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick or knife comes out clean when inserted in the middle.
• Cool in pan for 25 to 30 minutes.
• Invert onto serving plate, cool completely.

QUICK & EASY LAYERED DESSERT

Steps:

• Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min.
• Place half the cake cubes in 3-qt. serving bowl; drizzle with 1/4 cup chocolate syrup. Top with layers of 1 cup pudding and half the COOL WHIP. Repeat all layers.
• Refrigerate 1 hour.

EASY DUMP CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
• In a bowl, mix the yellow cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, vegetable oil, sugar, and water. Gently fold in the sour cream and chocolate chips. Pour batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
• Bake in the preheated oven for 55 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before transferring to cooling racks.

LEMON PUDDING POUND CAKE

Steps:

• For the cake: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a Bundt pan.
• Whisk together the flour, pudding mix, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
• Beat the butter, oil and granulated sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment at medium-high speed, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed, until pale and fluffy, 4 to 6 minutes. Reduce the speed to low and add the eggs, one at a time, beating until the yellow disappears after each addition. Beat in the vanilla extract, lemon zest and lemon juice just until combined.
• Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the milk in 3 additions, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Beat just until the ingredients are combined.
• Scrape the batter evenly into the prepared Bundt pan and bake until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean with only a couple of moist crumbs, 1 hour 5 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes. Let the cake cool in the pan for 15 minutes. Run a knife around the edges of the cake and invert onto a cooling rack to cool completely, about 45 minutes.
• Meanwhile, make the lemon drizzle: Whisk together the confectioners' sugar, lemon juice and vanilla until thick. (If it's too runny, add a little more confectioners' sugar.) After the cake is cooled, pour the lemon drizzle over the top.

QUEEN OF PUDDING CAKES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Grease and line a 20cm square baking tin. Whisk together the butter, sugar, eggs, flour and custard powder until well combined and fluffy. Spread into the tin and bake for 25-30 mins until golden and risen. Cool in the tin.
• Remove cooled cake from tin and spread with the jam. Trim the edges, then cut into 16 squares. Add a meringue to each just before serving.

SIMPLY LOVELY VANILLA PUDDING CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°F Butter an 8-inch square glass baking dish.
• SAUCE: Transfer 1 tablespoons milk to a small bowl. Heat remaining milk and sugar for 2-3 minutes or until steaming in a glass measuring cup in a microwave on medium(50%) power or in saucepan over medium heat on stove-top. Add cornstarch and vanilla to reserved milk; drizzle into hot milk mixture, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
• CAKE: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, whisk together egg, milk, butter and vanilla. Pour over dry ingedients and stir just until moistened. Spread into prepared baking dish. Gently pour warm milk mixture over cake batter without stirring.
• Bake for about 30 minutes or until tester inserted in center of cake layer comes out clean. Let cool at least 15 minutes. Serve hot or warm. Dust with icing sugar (if using).
• Scoop cake into serving bowl and spoon pudding sauce over top.
