Steps:

• 1. Divide the chocolate milk between ice cube trays and freeze overnight. 2. In a blender, combine about half the ice cubes, the cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more cream if needed to thin, or additional ice cubes to make thicker. Taste and add sweet milk as desired. Enjoy!3. Keep the remaining ice cubes in the freezer to make more Frosty's another time!

Steps:

• Mix chocolate milk, sweetened condensed milk, and whipped topping in a large bowl. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.

Steps:

• In a large bowl, cream the butter. Add in cocoa, salt and boiling water, stirring until smooth.
• Add powdered sugar and beat until frosting reaches a spreadable consistency. If frosting seems too thick, add water. If it seems too thin, add powdered sugar.
• Spread on cooled cookies, such as Frosted Chocolate Walnut Goodies.

Steps:

• Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
• Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container and place in the freezer for about 2 hours.
• Be sure to stir thoroughly every 30 minutes. This will create the perfect texture and thickness of the Wendy's frosty.

• Refrigerate remaining mixture until ready to freeze.
• Transfer to freezer containers; freeze for 2-4 hours before serving.
