Number Of Ingredients 9

6 ounces egg noodles
1/4 cup butter
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cup half and half (Sometimes I like to use 3/4 whipping cream and 1/4 milk to make it creamier)
1 package crabmeat
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Seafood seasoning to taste
Tony's to taste

Steps:

  • Cook noodles, meanwhile heat butter and garlic until brown. Add half and half and pepper. Heat 3 minutes, stirring some. Add Parmesan and stir for another minute. Toss in crabmeat until heated and top noodles with sauce. Serve immediately with additional cheese.

Delicious crab and lemon spaghetti in 15 minutes

350g spaghetti or linguine
1 garlic clove
½-1 fresh red chilli
20g pack flatleaf parsley
170g can crabmeat
3 tbsp lemon olive oil
half a glass of white wine

Steps:

  • Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil, feed in the spaghetti and cook for the time it says on the pack, stirring a couple of times to stop it sticking.
  • Peel and finely chop the garlic; halve, seed and finely chop the chilli. Roughly chop the parsley. Open the can of crab meat and tip the contents into a sieve. Drain well.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of the oil in a large frying pan, add the garlic and chilli and fry for 1 minute. Tip the crab meat into the pan with the wine, season with salt and pepper and heat through for a minute or so, stirring.
  • Drain the pasta, return it to the pan and tip in the crab mixture, the last tablespoon of oil and the parsley. Toss everything together and serve.

1 (16 ounce) package dry farfalle (bow tie) pasta
½ cup butter
1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
1 (14.5 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes, drained
1 ½ tablespoons red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add farfalle pasta, cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente, and drain.
  • Melt the butter in a separate pot. Mix in crabmeat and tomatoes. Season with red pepper, garlic salt, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir 10 minutes. Toss with cooked pasta to serve.

1/2 lb. fettuccine, uncooked
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup frozen peas
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
3/4 lb. lump crabmeat
1 cup CLASSICO Mushroom Alfredo Pasta Sauce
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt; drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water. Cover pasta to keep warm.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min. Reduce heat to medium. Add reserved cooking water, peas, lemon juice and crushed red pepper; cook and stir 1 min. Stir in crabmeat; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring constantly.
  • Add pasta to skillet along with the pasta sauce, butter and cheese; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until butter is melted and pasta mixture is heated through. Remove from heat.
  • Add parsley; mix lightly.

400g spaghetti
200g fresh or frozen peas
300g fresh crabmeat
5 tbsp reduced-fat crème fraîche
1 red chilli , deseeded and chopped
handful parsley leaves, chopped
zest 1 lemon, juice ½ lemon

Steps:

  • Boil a large pan of salted water. Tip in the pasta, then cook for about 7 mins. Add the peas, then cook for 2-3 mins more until both are cooked through.
  • Drain in a colander, reserving a little cooking water, then tip back into the pan with the crabmeat and crème fraîche. Stir well with most of the remaining ingredients, adding a little of the pasta cooking water if the mixture seems a little dry. Serve sprinkled with a little extra chopped chilli, parsley and lemon zest.

1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons slivered or minced garlic
2 dried red chilies, or to taste
1 pound pasta
1/2 pound crab meat, or more
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil, and salt it. Put oil, garlic, chilies and a pinch of salt in a saucepan large enough to hold cooked pasta and turn heat to medium-low. Cook, shaking pan, until garlic just begins to color; turn off heat.
  • When water boils, cook pasta. When it is just about done, turn heat under oil back to low and add crab; stir once or twice. Drain pasta (reserve a bit of cooking water), and toss it in crab sauce to coat. If mixture seems a bit dry, add reserved cooking water or more olive oil. Stir in parsley, adjust seasoning, and serve.

  • Cook Pasta: Add 3 ½ to 4 quarts (14-16 cups) of water to a large pot and bring to a boil. Season the water with 1 ½ tablespoon of kosher salt. Add the pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until 1 minute shy of al dente according to the package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of cooking water and then drain the pasta.
  • While the pasta is cooking, sauté shallots + aromatics: Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large, high-sided sauté pan over medium heat. Add the shallots and garlic. Cook, stirring often, until just softened, about 2-3 minutes. Add the Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the wine + tomatoes: Add the wine followed by the tomatoes to the pan. Season with a generous pinch of pepper. Stir to combine. Bring to a simmer and reduce the heat to maintain a simmer. Simmer, stirring often, until the wine is reduced by about half and the tomatoes are soft and juicy, about 6-8 minutes.
  • Add remaining butter: Add the remaining butter to the pan and gently whisk/stir until the butter is melted and combined.
