1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 can (4-1/4 ounces) chopped ripe olives, drained
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
8 to 10 thin slices fully cooked ham

Steps:

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; stir in the olives and onions. Spread over ham slices. Roll up, jelly-roll style, starting with a short side. Chill for at least 1 hour. Just before serving, cut into 1-in. pieces.

I first tried this recipe when a cousin brought it with her to a family dinner. I now take it with me to potlucks and always get rave reviews. They are very tasty and simple to make. There will be no leftovers when you make them, they have a funny way of disappearing fast. This is one of my favorite recipes to make.

Ingredients

1 jar dill pickle, spears
1 (8 ounce) package philiadelphia reduced-fat cream cheese, softened at room temperature
3 (1/2 lb) packages thinly sliced honey-roasted ham

Steps:

Spread thin layer of cream cheese on slice of meat.
Wrap one pickle with cheese covered meat slice.
Keep spreading the cheese on ham slices and wrapping the pickle spears up in them.
Place in a plastic container or decorative serving platter and chill for at least 1 hour, then slice rolls into wheels and stick toothpicks in them for serving.
The pickle will be surrounded by the cream cheese and wrapped with sliced meat in bite-size bundles.

16 dill pickles or 16 green onions

Steps:

Place two slices of ham on waxed paper and spread Cream Cheese over them.
Place one of the following onto Ham and Cheese, Celery, Pickle or Green Onion.
Roll up.
Store in covered container in fridge for a quick and healthy anytime snack.
Leave this way or cut into sections.

You can use the flavored cream cheese in tubs if desired. Plan ahead--the rolls need to chill for a minimum of 2 hours before slicing. 1 (32 ounce) jar dill pickles
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened and divided (make certain that the cream cheese is very soft for spreading)
1 pinch garlic powder (or to taste) (optional)
1 lb sliced cooked ham (I like to use honey ham)
10 (6 inch) flour tortillas

Steps:

Mix the softened cream cheese with garlic powder (if using).
Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese onto one side of a tortilla.
Place a 1-2 slices of ham over the cream cheese.
Spread another layer of cream cheese over the ham.
Roll a pickle up in the the tortilla.
Cover the roll with plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours (to make slicing easier).
Remove the plastic wrap, using a serrated knife slice the roll into about 1-inch pieces or to desired size).
Chill the slices if you are not using right away.

Serve cut sides up.
