ROLO PRETZELS
Rolo pretzels are our favorite pretzel treat. These rolo pretzel bites are the easiest dessert. Everyone loves our favorite pretzel treats with rolos.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees F.
- On a cookie sheet, lay out the pretzels in a single layer.
- Remove all the rolo wrappers (get the kids involved on this onand place one rolo on top of each pretzel.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 3-5 minutes until the rolos glisten but still keep their shape.
- Remove from oven and immediately lightly press an m&m on each rolo pretzel.
- Allow to cool completely so they harden. I like to place them in the fridge until completely cooled.
- Store in an airtight container.

ROLO PRETZEL DELIGHTS
These will make your mouth water so bad, you'll want one after the other. This is great for a snack and children love it.

Steps:
- Oven: heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Place one pretzel for each pretzel treats desired on prepared sheet. Top each pretzel with one unwrapped rolo chewy caramel and milk chocolate.
- Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until caramel piece begins to soften, but not melt. Remove from oven; topped with either pecan half for additional pretzel. Cool completely before serving (if you can keep from eating them while their warm!).
- * note: the square grid type pretzels work as well as the traditional twisted shape.
- Microwave instructions:.
- Line microwave safe plate with wax paper. Place up to six pretzels on plate and top each pretzel with 1 Unwrapped, ROLO Chewy caramel in milk chocolate.
- Microwave at MEDIUM (50 percent) 30 seconds or until caramel has soften slightly. If necessary, microwave at medium an additional 10 seconds.*.
- Carefully slide parchment paper and pretzels onto countertop each with either a pecan half for an additional pretzel. Cool completely.

- Heat oven to 225 degrees F.
- Place pretzels on baking sheet.
- top each pretzel with a rolo.
- place in oven for about 5 minutes.
- remove from oven and top with candy corn, pressing down slightly.
- I have also topped with another pretzel to make a *sandwich*.

ROLO PRETZEL " COOKIES"
The only reason I added the word "Cookie" to the title of this recipe was because I took them to a cookie exchange. I guess, legitimately, they're a snack. Picky! Picky! Just consider them "GOOD"! Most of the "prep" time is unwrapping the Rolos.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place unbroken mini knotted pretzels in one layer onto a cookie sheet.
- Unwrap the "Rolos" and place one on top of each pretzel.
- Slide the cookie sheet into the oven for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes (until Rolos get shiny, but still hold their shape.
- Take cookie sheet out of oven.
- Place another unbroken pretzel on top of each Rolo and press down.
- Place cookie sheet in freezer for @ 10 minutes for chocolate to re-set.
- Scrape pretzels off of cookie sheet with spatula.
- NOTE: Do not try to slide Rolo Pretzels off of cookie sheet if chocolate isn't set - the chocolate will smear all over the place. If you don't want to do the "freeze" method, wait about 1/2 an hour and then "pick up" each Rolo Pretzel and set it somewhere to cool completely (It's going to take a while).
- I usually get 48 "cookies" on one cookie sheet.
