Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On a lightly floured work surface, drop All-in-One Cookie Dough by heaping tablespoons. Using hands, gently roll each mound into an 8-inch rope.
- Gently bend one end of each rope into a loop.
- Bring other end of rope over first loop, forming pretzel.
- In a small bowl, whisk 1 large egg white with 1 teaspoon water. Brush cookies with egg wash. Sprinkle with desired topping.
- After forming cookies, place on parchment-lined baking sheets, 1 inch apart. Bake until pale golden, 13 to 15 minutes, rotating sheets halfway through.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 15x10x1-in. baking pan with foil; grease foil. Arrange Saltines in a single layer on foil., In a large heavy saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until sugar is dissolved, 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Spread evenly over crackers., Bake until bubbly, 8-10 minutes. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips. Allow chips to soften 2 minutes, then spread over top. Sprinkle with peanuts, pretzels and M&M's minis; shake pan to settle toppings into chocolate. Cool., Refrigerate, uncovered, 1 hour or until set. Break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.

- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg, chocolate and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. , Divide dough into fourths; form each portion into a 6-in. roll. Cut each roll into 1/2-in. slices; roll each into a 9-in. rope. Place ropes on greased baking sheets; form into pretzel shapes and space 2 in. apart. Bake at 400° for 5-7 minutes or until firm. Cool 1 minute before removing to wire racks to cool completely. , For glaze, in a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips, shortening and corn syrup; stir until smooth. Stir in confectioners' sugar and enough coffee to make a smooth glaze. , Dip pretzels; allow excess to drip off. Place on waxed paper until set. Melt white chocolate. Drizzle with white chocolate; allow excess to drip off. Let stand until chocolate is completely set. Store in an airtight container.
